About the Event
We have teamed up with The Wellness Collective Retreats to bring you a day of community, connection and relaxation.
The day will consist of a Breathwork session from a Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor, Yoga, Sound Bath, Mindfulness, Creative workshops, Expert talks and discussion. Plus you get to choose a treatment on the day from one of our amazing therapists, including Reiki and Reflexology.
We also provided a delicious lunch for you to enjoy.
We want everyone to feel comfortable and included. There will be no pressure to take part in all aspects of the day. You are more than welcome to dip in and out as you feel able. Wear whatever makes you feel happy and comfortable, bring your loops, a blanket, fidgets, whatever you need.
