Weekend Support Meeting Saturday 5th April 2.30pm-4.30pm

Come spend an afternoon engaging in relaxed discussions about all aspects of neurodivergence. Our support groups provide a safe space for open conversations with other women who might be on a similar path as you.

No formal diagnosis is necessary; you can be at the beginning of your journey and simply want to discuss some of the feelings or experiences you may be having.

By sharing stories and "comparing notes," you'll discover that you're not alone in your experiences and will recognize many shared traits and feelings.

There is no expectation that anyone has to take part in any conversations, many women find just listening to others is extremely valuable.

We ask that all conversations are kept confidential.
